Naufts and Sikora Join Caine Mutiny Company

Geoffrey Nauffts and Joe Sikora will be part of the cast of the upcoming Broadway revival of The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial. They join previously announced cast members David Schwimmer, Zeljko Ivanek, Tim Daly, Terry Beaver, Murphy Guyer, Brian Reddy and Ben Fox.

Nauffts is set to play Lt. Thomas Keefer portrayed by Fred MacMurray in the 1954 film version in The Caine Mutiny Court-Marshal. Nauffts appeared on the Great White Way in another military-centered drama, A Few Good Men. His off-Broadway credits include Moonchildren, June Moon, The Maiden's Prayer, Snakebit and Once Around the City. He is a member of the Drama Department and Naked Angels where in 2002 he directed Stephen Belber's Tape. Among other small screen credits, he notably spent three seasons on The Commish.

Sikora, who will play Lt. Stephen Maryk which was played by Van Johnson in the film, frequently appears onstage in his hometown of Chicago. His credits there include mountings of Zoot Suit, Race, Hard Times and Real Classy Affair. Most recently he appeared in the Los Angeles premiere of Killer Joe. He will be seen in the upcoming film Night Skies.

The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial, directed by Jerry Zaks, is scheduled to begin performances at the Lyceum Theatre on April 14 in preparation for a May 7 opening.
